To create high quality custom and customizable timepieces, that encompass your entire experience at the university, company, or team that you are associated with – all while donating 10% of our profits directly back to the organization we are working with to support a cause they are passionate about. 
 
Legacy LLC Workplace Environment
 
Legacy LLC treats each customer and employee with the utmost dignity and respect. This includes an environment that is advantageous both physically and emotionally, free of bullying, judgement, and all forms of harassment. Types of harassment and workplace activity that is not tolerated at Legacy LLC include the following:
 
- Offensive, derogatory, or sexual harassment.
- Inappropriate customer and employee communication – both in person and via email.
- Verbal or physical abuse.
- Unfair treatment in business ethics and standards through operations and delivery.

Legacy LLC will comply with all local and foreign laws regarding customs and trade requirements. Moreover, we will be always accurate and truthful with government agencies. We will work fairly and honestly with government officials and members of our various communities in which we do business.
 
Sales, Marketing, and Advertising
 
Legacy LLC provides the most accurate and truthful prices and product quality in all our advertisements. We will abide to treat each advertisement and customer request with truthfulness, compassion, and dignity. We ensure high quality timepieces and are honest about the products we put forth.

Legacy LLC understands the need for balance between work, personal and family life, and we encourage employees and customers to be involved in their communities and families. We strive to make every customer feel welcomed and trusting in their relationship with Legacy LLC employees. Moreover, all employees understand that their conduct at work and outside of work can affect perceptions of the Legacy LLC brand and service.

 

Fair Hours and Wages

Legacy LLC will treat all employees fairly. We strive to provide a positive work culture and comfortable environment. This means avoiding burnout by sticking to a standard of eight-hour workdays for full time employees. Additionally, all employees are entitled to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
